Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Regional Class 2 Driver to support home deliveries from our Gillingham and Ashford stores. This full-time role follows a two-week rotating shift pattern and requires a UK Class C licence, CPC, and HIAB qualification.

You will commute between Gillingham and Ashford, delivering 16–24 homes daily and maintaining accurate time records. The position offers competitive pay with overtime, annual CPC training, a workplace pension, store discounts, and access to GXO

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Full UK driving licence with category C Entitlement, up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• HIAB licence with brick grab ticket (ALLMI or equivalent).
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment DBS check.
• Be prepared to commute between Gillingham and Ashford stores.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-drop home deliveries to customers, averaging 16–24 stops per day.
• Maintain driving/working time records using Tachomaster and manual entries as required by WTD regulations.
• Operate company vehicles safely, legally, and efficiently.
• Check products off the vehicle and ensure customers receive correct items and delivery docs.
• Keep customers informed of estimated delivery times and issues with polite communication.
