Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Class 2 Driver to support our Store to Home deliveries in the UK.

The role focuses on multi-drop routes from our Kidderminster, Erdington and Wednesbury stores, with a 40-hour week and a two-week rotating shift pattern. Ideally HIAB-qualified drivers are encouraged to apply, with competitive pay (£16.29–£16.92 per hour) and benefits including CPC training, pension, discount schemes and access to GXO University.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement and up-to-date CPC/Digital Tachograph.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence (no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT).
• HIAB licence with brick grab ticket (ALLMI or equivalent).
• Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Be prepared to undertake pre-employment DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-drop home deliveries to customers, averaging 16–24 deliveries per day.
• Keep accurate driving/working time records using Tachomaster and manual entries.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner.
• Check products, ensure correct deliveries and documentation to customers.
