Job summary

Carepoint Services Limited is seeking a Regional Recruitment Officer for domiciliary care to attract, recruit and onboard caring professionals. The role emphasises safeguarding, accurate records and compliance with safer recruitment practices.

You will manage the recruitment journey from first application to onboarding, sourcing through multiple channels, and coordinating pre-employment checks while promoting the organisation as a great place to work.

Qualifications

• At least six months' experience in recruitment within the social care sector.
• Knowledge of domiciliary care and its recruitment challenges.
• Confident telephone manner and face-to-face communication.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Attention to detail in recruitment records and documents.
• Proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Ability to build trust with candidates and colleagues.
• Willingness to adapt and improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and local networks.
• Screen applications and assess candidate suitability.
• Arrange and conduct interviews including telephone/online.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for staffing needs.
• Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the journey.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks (DBS, references, right to work).
• Ensure confidential, accurate recruitment documentation and data.
