Job summary

Bluestones Medical Complex Care is seeking a Regional Manager to lead 11 residential children's homes across the region. You will oversee operations, staffing and safeguarding outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in care.

The role requires Level 5 Leadership and Management, 5+ years of senior residential leadership, strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' leadership experience in a residential children's home or similar setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Confidence using data and technology to manage services and report on performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and consistent delivery of the SEED Care Model across the region.
• Oversee recruitment, training, coaching and performance of teams in each home.
• Monitor child wellbeing outcomes, staff retention and engagement; implement action plans.
