Job summary

Priory is recruiting a Business Development Manager to cover London and the South East, building relationships with GPs, referrers and international partners to expand Priory's private mental health services.

You will work with hospital leaders and the Service Development team to grow referral networks, raise service awareness and form strategic partnerships with organisations such as family offices, embassies and corporate partners. A car is essential; hybrid role with travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, business development or sales, ideally in healthcare.
• Proven track record of developing relationships and generating new business.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and ability to use market insights for growth.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with private GPs, family offices, embassies and corporate partners to increase referrals.
• Promote Priory's services through events, networking and targeted partnerships.
• Manage key referral relationships and coordinate with sites and central teams for a seamless experience.
• Use market insights and referral data to identify opportunities and develop new routes.
