Symphony Group PLC in Glasgow seeks a Business Account Coordinator to support the Retail Business & Merchant Account Managers. The role is field-based with travel across Scotland and the UK, working within the central belt around Glasgow/Edinburgh.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills; computer literate.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence; field-based role requiring travel within Scotland and the UK.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the Business and Merchant account Managers in the northern Regions of the Retail sales team.
• Work closely with the team and National Sales Manager to ensure customers receive excellent service and maximise market share.
• Build relationships to ensure business growth from the existing customer base.
