Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Business Development Manager based in the North West to drive capital equipment sales into Food & Beverage manufacturers. You will manage some existing accounts while opening new ones, using a clear strategy to win and grow key clients.

The role offers a realistic OTE with up to £65,000 base and substantial uncapped commission, together with benefits including pension, 25 days holiday and a company car or car allowance. Home-based in the Northwest.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling to the F&B manufacturing arena.
• Experience developing new business opportunities and managing account relationships.
• Ability to engage decision-makers and close complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with key clients and target new accounts in the Northwest region.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including trials and demonstrations when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and leadership to deliver technical solutions.
• Aim for orders in the £15,000–£30,000 range with multiple orders per month.
