Frontline Bathrooms, part of the Huws Gray Group, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to own and develop the London territory, building relationships with independent showrooms, merchants and trade customers.

You will manage existing accounts, target new business, and drive profitability through effective account management, promotion launches and strong negotiation within margin parameters.

Qualifications

• Experience in area or field sales roles, with a focus on building new business and maintaining relationships.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy territory and prioritise opportunities.
• Comfort with CRM and sales reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of customers across the London territory.
• Identify, target and open new accounts.
• Grow sales within existing customers through proactive account management.
• Build relationships with showrooms, merchants and trade customers.
• Secure new product displays and raise presence of Frontline and Aqua products.
• Present and launch new products and promotions.
• Negotiate within pricing and margin parameters.
• Maintain call plans and CRM records.
• Monitor sales against targets and deliver agreed results.
• Provide market feedback on pricing, products and competition.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high service levels.
