Performance Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Regional Accountant to oversee the financial operations of multiple franchised car dealerships within an established automotive dealer group. Qualifications

• Experience as Accountant within a franchised motor dealership.
• Experience managing accounts of multi-site dealership operation.
• Strong understanding of dealership accounts, manufacturer reporting and automotive finance.
• AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent automotive experience.
• Leadership and organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management and group accounts.
• Participate in monthly management meetings.
• Oversee financial transactions across the dealerships.
• Manage debtor control, analysis and reporting.
• Oversee working capital management and reporting.
• Oversee vehicle stock funding and controls.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Prepare dealership performance and comparison reports.
• Handle manufacturer submissions and reporting.
• Maintain financial controls and operating standards.
• Lead Accounts Administration and Sales Administration teams.
