Job summary

CHERY UK is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets within a designated geographic zone. You will manage dealer relationships, execute sales strategies, and ensure the brand's presence and performance are optimized across the assigned area.

The role requires a Bachelor degree or above, 8+ years in automobile sales and dealer network management, English as working language, and travel flexibility to cover the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering or machinery engineering.
• 8+ years of work experience in automobile sales and dealer network management.
• Excellent management, communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Region; English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and exceed goals within the assigned zone by developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers; provide training and resources to boost performance.
• Execute sales initiatives and promotional activities aligned with company strategy; monitor performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats; provide insights to the Regional Operations Manager.
• Represent the brand across sales channels; monitor customer satisfaction and address issues with dealers.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and dealer activities.
