Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Regional Risk and Control Services (RCS) function across EMEA/APAC, with support for North America. You’ll oversee audits, collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Finance, and drive governance improvements.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, control enhancements and high-quality delivery, reporting to the Head of Global Asset Management Audit.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading and overseeing multiple concurrent projects or assurance activities.
• Financial services experience in internal audit or related field, preferably asset management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee multiple RCS activities concurrently, delivering the audit plan on time and within quality standards.
• Lead, develop and coach the RCS team, setting goals and providing feedback.
• Coordinate with Risk & Compliance, Legal, Finance and North American peers to align on assurance activities.
• Review reports and workpapers to ensure high-quality output and governance.
