About the Team

OurNational Audit Resource Team is responsible for the staffing of all the Auditbookings and making sure they are done at the right time by the right people.

Workingclosely with the Audit Managers is required along with regular contact with theRegional Audit Managing Partner to make sure the department is highly utilisedand the correct business decisions are made.

Wepride ourselves on supporting the trainees throughout their training contractsby being their dedicated exam training contact.

About the Job

Yourprimary role will be:

  • Responsible for the staff planning for the Regional Audit Team by managing our staffing board (Retain)
  • Regular meetings with the Managers to discuss staffing challenges will be required
  • Acting as the Exam Training Manager for the trainees in the region
  • Working with other departments such as HR and Training to make sure you are all doing things consistently

    Hybridworking is available. This role can be based out of any of our Central offices (Birmingham, Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Leicester, Cambridge) but some travel will be expected to regional offices.
