Job summary

FarmWell in the UK agricultural cooperative space is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop and grow its presence across Ayrshire and Lanarkshire. You will own the territory, build lasting relationships with farmers and rural businesses, and promote a comprehensive portfolio of agricultural products and services.

This role offers high autonomy, supported by an experienced team, with ongoing training and long-term career progression within a respected farming community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within agricultural sales.
• Strong understanding of UK farming systems and challenges.
• Excellent relationship-building and account-management skills.
• Proactive and commercially focused approach.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, growers, and rural businesses.
• Promote a broad range of agricultural products and services tailored to customer requirements.
• Provide practical technical advice and support to customers.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Maintain a visible presence within the agricultural community through farm visits and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
