FarmWell is seeking a results-driven salesperson to manage UK field sales in the arable sector, traveling across the country to build relationships with farmers and drive growth. You will operate within the Global Sales Team, with opportunities to travel internationally as required, promote products, and hit personal targets while growing market share.

• 3–4 years of sales experience in the arable sector.
• Ability to discuss crop quality and harvest cycles with farmers.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Travel extensively across the UK visiting arable farms and agricultural businesses.
• Consult with farmers regarding current practices and technologies.
• Educate customers on new products and services and deliver sales presentations.
• Offer intelligent pricing solutions while ensuring commercial competitiveness.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Communicate opportunities and market intelligence with the UK office.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote products and services.
• Hit personal sales targets and contribute towards global sales growth.
