About The Role
As a Regional Admissions Co-ordinator at HC-One, you’ll be responsible for driving new and existing business into homes across the area, building and maintaining high occupancy in line with the homes’ commercial strategy. The focus will be on private pay and public pay admissions with a 3rd party top-up.
Main Activities
- Develop and implement sales, marketing, and awareness programs to enhance the home's profile within the local community, targeting potential private fee payers.
- Present ideas for increasing revenue to AD & CBP to support overall area occupancy growth.
- Monitor and report barriers leading to lost revenue opportunities.
- Generate resident inquiries through community networking, supporting enquirers through contact, viewings, assessments, tours, and liaising with families.
- Organize community events to attract private pay residents and position the home as a first-choice care facility.
- Build relationships with local opinion leaders, influencers, and referrers; develop contact databases for promotional activities.
- Identify local publications read by the target audience for promotional purposes.
- Support care home managers in maintaining high standards in presentation and hospitality.
- Coordinate home tours ensuring quality and high standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team on advertising and awareness campaigns.
- Assist the Home Administrator in managing inquiries, providing staff training on enquiry handling and tours.
- Visit local health and social care settings and community organizations to build referral relationships.
- Work with Wellbeing Coordinators to organize resident events and maximize exposure through local advertising.
- Ensure marketing materials reflect the home’s standards and are of high quality.
- Create content for social media and support the production of home newsletters.
- Train colleagues on enquiry handling and conducting professional tours.
- Encourage and generate care home reviews.
- Monitor daily budgets, occupancy, and inquiries; produce regular reports on operational metrics.
- Develop positive news stories for internal and external communication.
- Analyze management information to identify successes and opportunities.
