East Suffolk Council in Felixstowe is recruiting a Pride in Place - Programme Manager to oversee a £20m regeneration initiative for Felixstowe West, delivering on multiple interrelated projects, grants and commissions.

The role sits at the interface of the Council and the Pride in Place Neighbourhood Board, shaping and coordinating activity while navigating a dynamic, multi-stakeholder landscape. A fixed-term appointment with potential permanence is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex programmes and/or projects.
• Experience within regeneration, community-led development or public sector environments.
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder partnerships with transformational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the Pride in Place Programme (Neighbourhood Investment Plan) for Felixstowe West (£20m).
• Coordinate and deliver programme activity across multiple projects, grants and commissions.
• Shape and manage collaboration between East Suffolk Council and the Pride in Place Neighbourhood Board in an evolving environment.
