Job summary

whg is seeking a Regeneration Manager in Walsall to lead complex regeneration schemes from feasibility through to handover. You will manage programme, cost, quality and safety, while engaging customers and communities to shape outcomes.

The role involves coordinating designers, consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with Homes England and planning requirements, and delivering value for money within a robust governance framework.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent-level qualification, ideally in Project Management, Building Surveying, Architectural Technology or a related subject.
• Recent and relevant experience in regeneration, development or project management.
• Good knowledge of Homes England procedures and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regeneration schemes from feasibility to handover, managing programme, cost, quality, risk and safety.
• Oversee design development, procurement, and contractor appointment in line with procurement procedures.
• Engage customers and communities through consultation and build trusted relationships.
• Ensure schemes comply with Homes England requirements and relevant planning requirements.
