Job summary

Roche Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN to supervise care homes in England. The role requires leadership, mentoring, and hands-on care planning to ensure high standards and safe, compassionate patient care.

Job description

• You must hold a valid NMC PIN, must have Care Home Experience, Registered Nurse with valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Knowledge and experience of working at a supervisory level, providing evidence of leadership qualities
• Evidence of high level commitment to professional development, training and education
• Experience of assessing risk and care planning. Mentoring and supporting care staff
• Ability to provide quality care. Must demonstrate a high standard of interpersonal skills, communication and good leadership qualities including delegation and the co-ordination of teams within the homes
• Ability to organise, make decisions both clinical and professional evidencing knowledge of Nursing Midwifery Council guidelines. Good organisational skills, good team working skills. Effective time management skills. Ability to work independently. Evidence of commitment to personal development, training and education
• Adaptable to change. Basic computer literacy. Basic first aid knowledge. Health and safety awareness
