Job summary

Aligra Didcot is seeking loaders for a client in Witney on a temporary to permanent basis, starting 05:30 on weekdays. Duties include loading waste safely, collecting from designated points, reporting misloads, and maintaining professional conduct with staff and the public.

The role requires prior refuse-loader experience, ability to work independently, and competency in operating machinery, with a basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to competently operate machinery.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within a work place.

Responsibilities

• Comply with legal requirements and company policies
• Ensure waste is loaded correctly and safety avoiding any spillages
• Working as a team to collect waste from designated collection points
• Ensuring all waste not presented for collection at the appropriate point is recorded and reported
• Remain polite and respectful with all colleagues, members of the publics and client representatives at all times

Your duties include but are not limited to;
