Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Refuse Loader to join our team. The Loader will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of materials and products, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution processes. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and products from and into the vehicles
• Talk to people in a nice and professional way. If they have questions or something's bothering them, you're there to help sort it out
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards

Skills

• Someone who loves working outdoors and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty
• You should be comfortable with lifting and moving things
• It would be great if you like talking to people and helping to solve problems
• Don't worry if you haven't done this before, as long as you're ready to learn and work as part of a team
