Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a refuse loader in Sevenoaks, Kent. You will collect household waste and recycling from residential properties and assist the driver to complete daily routes efficiently, delivering excellent customer service throughout the shift.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00 with occasional Saturdays, and offers on-site parking and an outdoor working environment. Immediate start available in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Own transport required to arrive on site by 7:00am.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling.
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
• Available for an immediate start.

The Role

• Collecting household waste and recycling from residential properties

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00am – 15:00pm (early finishes available)
• Occasional Saturday work

Pay Rate

• £12.71 per hour

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (walking, lifting, and moving bins)
