Job summary

The Best Connection Group Ltd is recruiting for enthusiastic individuals to join its refuse loading team in Dunstable. You will work with a small crew and receive full training and career development opportunities, including potential HGV driving qualifications.

Working hours are 07:00 to 15:30, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime on weekends. The role offers competitive hourly pay and frequent pay cycles, plus benefits such as paid annual leave, online payslips and a pension scheme.

Job description

Our client, one of the UK's leading operators of leading waste and resource management are currently recruiting for enthusiastic individuals to join its growing team. Working as a refuse loader with a team of 3-5, successful candidates will be provided full training and career development opportunities including HGV driving qualifications should you wish to pursue them.

Location

• Dunstable

Working Hours (Refuse Loader):

• 07:00am -15:30pm Monday to Friday + optional overtime available on weekends.

Hourly pay rates (Refuse Loader):

• £12.71 for the first 40 hours worked per week
• £19.07 for 40+ hours worked per week & all hours worked on Saturday
• £25.42 per hour for all hours worked on Bank Holidays
