Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group is seeking a Workshop Technician in Aberdeen to refurbish and test a range of hydraulic and mechanical tools at our local facility. You will diagnose faults, repair components, and ensure equipment is safe and reliable for rental and internal use.

The role requires practical mechanical experience, ability to read technical drawings, and attention to detail. Flexibility for on-call duties and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Practical mechanical or refurbishment experience is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and safety information.
• Experience with mills, clamshells or flange-facing tools is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare refurbished equipment for rental orders and maintain fleet availability.
• Identify faults and plan repairs for machinery and components.
• Refurbish and maintain equipment including mills, clamshells and flange-facing tools.
• Disassemble, inspect, replace parts, and test to ensure safe operation.
