Qualifications

• Significant industry experience in refrigeration, air conditioning or heat pump engineering.
• Relevant industry qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Strong technical knowledge across installation, commissioning, servicing and fault diagnosis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development and programme design for refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump training.
• Ensure teaching meets awarding body and quality standards and supports learner outcomes.
• Engage with employers and learners to align delivery with workforce needs.
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to curriculum strategy and growth.
