Job description

Position: Senior Thermal Customer Engineer (Refrigeration / Chillers)

About the Role: The Senior Thermal Customer Engineer is responsible for maintenance and support of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including heat pumps, chilled cabinets, multideck units, and ice machines.

Responsibilities:

1. Motivate and coordinate the activities of a team of 10+ Engineers to ensure maximum effectiveness and resource utilization.
2. Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) with a focus on safety and quality.
3. Manage the productivity of the group of engineers allocated to the geographical area being coordinated.
4. Maximize resources to ensure effective problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications:

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Bonus scheme, Company vehicle or Car allowance, Pension contribution, 25 days annual leave.

Work Environment: You will primarily work in various locations, carrying out maintenance and installation tasks.
