Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer - M1 Corridor (Leicestershire/Coventry/Cambridge/Hemel Hempstead/Stevenage areas considered)

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective on-site repairs to clients' refrigeration and air conditioning systems, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Attend sites wearing company uniform and presenting company identification.
• Carry out maintenance or repairs cost-effectively on client systems.
• Provide advice and technical support to clients.
• Compile clear and concise job reports.
• Act as liaison between the client and Flowrite Services Office when required.
• Work to agreed SLAs.
• Work safely, assessing each task to ensure your safety and that of others.
• Report any issues on-site immediately to your regional supervisor or operations manager.
• Provide feedback to the operations manager for potential improvements in efficiency and service.
