Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing engineering team serving commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across London and the Home Counties.

You will service, maintain and repair equipment, diagnose faults, attend breakdowns, perform leak detection and F-Gas compliant repairs, and provide clear service reports and customer updates. A valid F-Gas qualification, NVQ in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Valid F-Gas qualification (essential).
• Experience working on commercial or industrial refrigeration systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults.
• Attend breakdowns and emergency call-outs.
• Carry out leak detection and F-Gas compliant repairs.
• Complete service reports and job paperwork.
• Provide customers with technical advice and updates.
• Work safely and in line with industry regulations.

You'll be working across London and Home Counties, carrying out maintenance, repairs, servicing and commissioning of commercial refrigeration systems while delivering excellent customer service.
