Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer

Basic £40,000 - £45,000 / 40hr working week / Overtime / On-call 1 in 5 / 21 + 8 Days Holiday / Van with private use / Sick pay / Pension

Founded in 1980, we specialise in Catering, Heating & Refrigeration for commercial businesses such as Hotels, Restaurants, Retail, Care Homes, Education, and Government buildings throughout the South. Due to company growth and success of new contracts, we are now seeking new and experienced engineers to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of all commercial refrigeration equipment: ice machines, display fridges, cold rooms, blast chillers, bottle coolers
• Working on VRVs, VRFs, and Splits
• Field-based meeting clients - Customer facing position

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

• FGAS or Equivalent
• Minimum 12 months recent experience working on Refrigeration or air conditioning Equipment
• Driver's Licence

Benefits:

• Basic Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
• 40hr working week
• Door to door pay
• On call rota 1 in 5
• £120 standby payment
• Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday - Saturday and double on Sundays and Bank Holidays
• 21 days (25 days after 3 years' service) + 8 Bank Holidays
