Job Description

This role covers Derby and surrounding areas.

Join Epta as a Service Engineer and play a key role in driving our commercial refrigeration success, contributing directly to our growth strategy. You’ll connect with forward-thinking clients, delivering innovative solutions that shape the future of cooling technology. Our service engineers work for various customers carrying out service and maintenance on equipment ranging from multi compressor Co2 packs to integral Hydrocarbon cases.

Successful applicants must have current F-gas qualification.

Your Contribution

In this role, you'll engage in a variety of activities focused on growth, innovation, and driving dynamic value. Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing a range of commercial refrigeration and A/C systems.
• Being part of a regional service team.
• Communicating directly with customers on site.
• Updating jobs and customer portals through your PDA.

Your Journey

You should have a strong engineering background, proactive approach, adaptability, excellent analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Additionally, you should bring:

• Professional experience in a similar role.
• A flexible approach to working hours, including standby and occasional out-of-hours work.
• Willingness to travel to various client premises.
