Job Role: Mobile Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset (Accepting Applicants From Surrounding Counties)

Salary: £38,000-£41,000 base salary (OTE £45,000-£50,000)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

The Duties

1. Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a wide range of commercial refrigeration systems.
2. Use manual hand tools (spanners, screwdrivers), electrical hand tools (powered drills), hot working tools (brazing), and leak detection tools.
3. Perform electrical, electronic, mechanical fault finding and repairs on HVAC systems.
4. Manage your time effectively to ensure work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
5. Engage with clients to meet their needs promptly and professionally.
6. Complete paperwork efficiently and report any faults found or rectified.
7. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety procedures.

The Requirements

1. Previous experience as a refrigeration engineer working on Refrigeration and CO2 systems (essential)
2. Good electrical and/or mechanical knowledge (Essential)
3. Relevant qualifications: NVQ or City and Guilds in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (essential)
4. F-Gas qualification (essential)
5. Experience using hand and electrical tools (Advantageous)
6. Full UK Drivers License
