Job summary

Start Monday is searching for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer / Commercial F-Gas Engineer to service and install commercial refrigeration equipment across Kent. You will attend customer sites, perform maintenance and repairs, and carry out installations as required.

Ideal candidates hold F-Gas certification, have HVAC-R experience including walk-ins and blast chillers, and possess electrical qualifications (18th Edition, HNC/NVQ/City & Guilds) along with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Commercial refrigeration/HVAC-R experience.
• Experience on fridges, freezers, blast chillers and walk-in units.
• Electrical knowledge/qualifications (18th Edition, HNC, NVQ or City & Guilds).
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Professional approach when dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, repair and installation of commercial refrigeration equipment at customer sites.
• Travel to and work on client sites, performing planned and reactive tasks.

Refrigeration Engineer /Commercial F-Gas Engineer

£45,000 - £48,000 | Kent

My client is a growing engineering business supporting customers across the hospitality sector throughout Kent.

They are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer / Commercial F-Gas Engineer to join their team, working on a range of commercial refrigeration and catering equipment.

The Role

You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair and installation of commercial refrigeration equipment at customer sites, including:

• Fridges and freezers
• Blast chillers
• Walk-in chillers and freezers
• Commercial catering refrigeration equipmentYou will be working on the road, attending customer sites and carrying out planned and reactive engineering work.

What We're Looking For

• F-Gas certified
• Commercial refrigeration / HVAC-R experience
• Experience working on fridges, freezers, blast chillers and walk-in refrigeration
• Relevant electrical knowledge/qualifications, such as 18th Edition, HNC, NVQ or City & Guilds
• Full UK driving licence
• A professional approach when dealing with customersFull training will be provided on additional equipment and systems relevant to the wider business.
