Job summary

Danfoss is hiring a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Engineer in the West Midlands (Field-Based) to diagnose faults, service and repair HVAC systems across commercial and industrial sites. You will work with chillers and hydrocarbon/CO systems, ensuring safe, compliant service delivery.

We offer a competitive £38,000–£45,000 salary, paid travel time, overtime opportunities, a company van, and ongoing training through a City & Guilds accredited centre.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning Service Engineer.
Fault-finding and diagnostic skills are essential.
Experience with chillers is required.
C&G 2079 (F-Gas) qualification or equivalent preferred.
Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Diagnose faults and repair refrigeration, air conditioning and chiller systems.
Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
Work with refrigeration, air conditioning, chiller, hydrocarbon and CO systems.
Complete service documentation and reports via company tablet.
Deliver outstanding on-site customer service and technical support.
