Job summary

Gregory Distribution Ltd. seeks a dedicated HGV Driver to operate refrigerated 3.5–18T vehicles across West Wales, delivering milk cages to retail stores from Swansea to the region.

You will unload, secure loads, and maintain accurate daily records while ensuring top-notch customer service at each stop. The role requires a UK Class 2 licence, DCPC, and a Digital Tachograph Card, with training provided for multi-drop routes and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Holder of UK Class 2 (C) Licence with refrigerated vehicle experience.
• Current DCPC and Digital Tachograph Card are essential.
• Multi-drop delivery experience is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated 3.5–18T vehicles with tail lift for milk cage deliveries.
• Unload cages safely and place at store entrances for each drop.
• Complete up to 12 drops daily with accuracy and timeliness.
• Secure loads with straps and nets to prevent movement.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks using company phone.
• Maintain communication with transport team and customers.
