Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking an HGV Class 2 Driver to be the face of Greggs on the road, delivering chilled, frozen and ambient goods to our shops daily with multi-drop runs and strict safety checks.

You will benefit from CPC and Tachograph card training, up-to-date hours regulations knowledge, and a supportive fleet with ongoing development. This is a full-time role based in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-drop HGV Class 2 driver.
• HGV Category C/Class 2 license for at least 1 year (with up to 6 penalty points).
• Up-to-date CPC card and training.
• Digital Tachograph card.
• Excellent knowledge of drivers' hours regulations.
• Willing to meet shift requirements and embrace an inclusive culture.
• Tail-lift operation experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries to Greggs shops daily.
• Perform safety checks on vehicles and loads.
• Deliver products on time and comply with regulations.
• Some deliveries may occur when shops are closed; trains for control.
• Represent Greggs professionally on the road.
