Team/Role Overview

This is an analyst position within the MAC Documentation Operations Unit. Ensuring that daily activities for processing trading legal agreements are completed timely, with a focus on data quality supporting global contract negotiations and trades. Responsibilities include reviewing legal documentation/internal forms, interpreting the language, and entering critical data into internal systems. Data accuracy is vital as it impacts downstream systems for RWA, Margin, CVA, and other calculations.

What you’ll do

• Review bilateral contracts, ensure correct data entry in MAC system, upload documents into repository, collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve questions, and expedite uploads.
• Process bilateral contracts including ISDA, SFT Agreements (MRA, GMRA, MSLA, MSFTA), Futures Agreements, and others.

What we’ll need from you

• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes from data.
• Ability to manage control practices with a risk-based approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with Legal, Margin Ops, and Credit teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail, ability to process data quickly and accurately.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines within a team.
• Willingness to engage in all aspects of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
