Qualifications

  • Experience capturing business and product requirements from clients.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills; experience writing specifications and user stories.
  • Experience with validation and testing with development, QA, and operations teams.
  • Understanding of data vendor and data source hierarchies for golden copy.
  • Experience or understanding of business process reengineering, modeling, development, and analysis.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong data orientation and attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, data analysis, diplomacy, management, and prioritization skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, initiative and ability to master new tasks quickly.
  • Methodical approach to work.
  • Preferred: AI/GenAI fundamentals and structuring AI-ready reference data.
  • Preferred: exposure to process automation, workflow streamlining, or intelligent data quality checks.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between business users, operations and technology teams to define product requirements, manage backlogs and drive platform enhancements.
  • Contribute to iterative product exploration, feature definition and data analysis to maximize business value and platform adoption.
  • Create business and functional requirements.
  • Perform data modeling, mapping, mining and transformation.
  • Use SQL to support data analysis and product work.
  • Work closely with IT, project management and operations partners.
  • Develop web GUI and API interfaces.
  • Work with internal and external data provider vendors.
  • Define epics and user stories based on client requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to inform product development.
  • Prepare documentation and provide user training.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process streamlining and AI-ready data use cases.
  • Support the Corporate Actions platform, including vendor data feed processing, data analysis and research, SWIFT messages, user interfaces, and data publishing to downstream clients.
  • Contribute to platform rules, governance, audit and compliance, focusing on coverage, completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
