Starling Bank is seeking an experienced Offensive Security professional to join the cybersecurity team. You will design and run red team operations, simulate real-world attacks across cloud and endpoints, and help strengthen our incident response and resilience posture.

You will bring 2+ years in offensive security or cyber resilience, strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, and practical experience with tools like Mythic and Cobalt Strike. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Offensive Security (Red Teaming, Pentesting) or cyber resilience engagements.
• Experience emulating real-world threats and testing defences.
• Certs like CRTO/OSEP/OSMR/OSCP or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver cyber resilience exercises and red team operations.
• Emulate threat actors and test cloud and endpoint defences.
• Remediate findings and improve incident response playbooks.
