Hamilton Barnes is seeking a Red Team Operator to conduct adversary simulations and assess client environments across security domains. You will plan engagements, emulate threat actor techniques, and report findings to help clients prevent, detect, and respond effectively.

The role emphasizes offensive security skills, OSINT tooling, and collaboration with client teams to strengthen security postures across varied environments.

Qualifications

• Commercial red team or offensive security experience.
• Strong understanding of adversary tactics and techniques.
• Active Directory and Windows experience.
• Strong network and infrastructure security knowledge.
• Experience with privilege escalation and lateral movement.
• Experience with tools such as Cobalt Strike and BloodHound.
• Python, PowerShell or similar scripting experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute red team engagements
• Emulate realistic threat actor tactics and techniques
• Conduct network, infrastructure and Active Directory attacks
• Perform reconnaissance, initial access and privilege escalation
• Execute lateral movement and persistence techniques
• Develop and use offensive tooling
• Produce technical reports and remediation recommendations
• Present findings to technical and senior stakeholders
