Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Waste Operator in Elton for a temporary assignment of 2-3 months. You will operate the baler safely, sort and process recyclable materials, and keep the yard clean and compliant with health and safety procedures.

Start ASAP with an 8:00am–5:00pm shift, 4 on, 4 off, £13.45 per hour. This role suits someone comfortable with manual labour outdoors, able to work independently or with a team, and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be comfortable performing manual labour outdoors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Health and safety consciousness is important.

Responsibilities

• Operate the baler machine safely and efficiently.
• Sort, handle and process recyclable materials.
• Clear waste and recycling from the yard area.
