Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join the Recycling Department at a busy Daventry warehouse. The role is hands-on and physically active, with duties including sorting recyclable materials, baling cardboard and keeping the area clean and organised.

Immediate starts are available this Monday, with AM and PM shifts on offer (£13.65-£14.85 per hour). Working patterns are five days out of seven, including weekends, with ongoing temporary work in Daventry.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, physically active role in a busy warehouse.
• Experience with manual handling is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to sort, bale and move recyclable materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Moving and sorting recyclable materials around the warehouse.
• Baling cardboard and preparing materials for recycling.
• Breaking down cardboard boxes and handling recyclable waste.
• Carrying out regular manual handling tasks safely.
• Moving materials to the designated areas.
• Keeping the recycling department clean, tidy and organised.
• Following health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team when required.
