Job summary

Eko Talent is seeking a Recycling Manager for a leading waste and recycling provider in the United Kingdom. You will oversee site operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The role requires proven senior management experience in waste or recycling, strong leadership, and the ability to develop teams and monitor KPIs to support growth and sustainability. Monday–Friday day shift provide stability and clear expectations.

The client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Recycling Manager to oversee site operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
