Job summary

Smart Solutions is recruiting Recycling Operatives on behalf of a major UK waste management client. This full-time role offers long-term stability and requires no prior experience beyond a positive attitude and teamwork.

Work hours include typical shifts with potential for extra days (Saturdays) at standard rates. On-site facilities and progression opportunities are available, with Armed Forces Covenant support noted in the advert.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Segregate recyclable and non-recyclable materials from a production line.
• Ensure quality control and correct waste handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.

• Full site induction and training provided.
• Facilities: on-site canteen, parking, and access via public transport.
