Salary: £12.35 - £13.35
Shift Pattern: AM or Nights (07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable and hard-working Sort Line Recycling Operatives to join our team at our prestigious client based in Rushden. You will play a key role in our recycling operations, working on the sort line to ensure that materials are correctly separated for recycling and disposal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually sorting recyclable materials such as plastics, cardboard, metals, and general waste on a conveyor belt.

• Removing contamination from the recycling stream.

• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

• Reporting any machinery faults or hazards to supervisors.

• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required – full training provided.

• Physically fit and able to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

• Punctual, dependable, and a good team player.

• Comfortable working in an environment that may involve dust, noise, and variable temperatures.
