Job summary

Provit Recruitment is working with a Sharnbrook-based company to recruit a Recycling Manager to lead a busy production and logistics team. The role combines hands-on leadership with site operations and a focus on meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan daily and weekly schedules, manage shift patterns, supervise staff, monitor quality and safety, keep machinery running, and collaborate with the wider team to improve processes.

Recylcing Manager

£37,000 - £40,000 per annum

Mon - Fri 07.00 - 17.00 (47.5 hours paid a week)

Temp to perm

We are currently recruiting for a Sharnbrook based company who is looking to bring a Manager into their busy recycling team. This role is managing a busy production team including both production & logistics staff. This will also include some manual handling. This is a fast paced environment with production targets.
