Job summary

proviT LTD in Sharnbrook is seeking a Recycling Manager to lead a busy production and logistics team. The role is based on-site with 47.5 hours paid per week and a clear path from temp to permanent.

You will plan daily and weekly schedules, manage shifts, monitor output and quality, maintain health and safety, keep machinery running, and collaborate with the wider team to improve processes. Experience in Recycling/Waste is highly desirable.

Mon - Fri 07.00 - 17.00 (47.5 hours paid a week)

We are currently recruiting for a Sharnbrook based company who is looking to bring a Manager into their busy recycling team. This role is managing a busy production team including both production & logistics staff. This will also include some manual handling. This is a fast paced environment with production targets.
