The High School of Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Rector's Executive Assistant to join the team in July 2025. The role involves being the primary contact for the Rector, managing various administrative tasks, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Acting as the first point of contact for the Rector with staff, parents, governors, external stakeholders and pupils, the successful candidate will handle enquiries and manage them appropriately, with sensitivity and discretion.
They will also provide general administrative support to the Rector, including diary management, filing, minute-taking at meetings and event planning.
