INDLEE is hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Morley, Leeds. This full-time, permanent role offers a starting salary of £28,089 - £30,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits, with comprehensive training and a clear career path.

You will learn all aspects of recruitment, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and progress through a fast-paced environment. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Confidence in speaking with people over the phone and in person.
• A target-driven mindset with a desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales or customer service would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Develop business opportunities through networking and client outreach.
• Maintain accurate records using the company CRM and recruitment systems.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets.
