Booker Group is seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to manage seven Recruitment Coordinators supporting our Cash & Carry operations at the UK Head Office in Wellingborough.
The role is Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm and possible rotational shifts (8:00am-4:30pm/9:00am-5:30pm) to cover peak periods. You will drive recruitment activity, coach the team and partner with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality service.
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Recruitment Team Leader to manage a team of seven Recruitment Coordinators supporting our Cash & Carry business.
In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering a high-quality recruitment service across our Branch and Distribution Centre network. You'll play a key part in driving recruitment, supporting hiring managers, developing your team, and ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Based at our Head Office in Wellingborough (Equity House), this role is working Monday to Friday. You'll be managing a team that operates between 8.00am and 5.30pm therefore a need to be flexible on start and finish times will be necessary. Ideally, we are looking to offer rotational hours of 8.00am-4.30pm/9.00am-5.30pm.
