Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Scheduling Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a real passion for change and proactively encouraging new and bold ideas, harnessing progressive thinking to drive transformation.
About the Role
The Recruitment and Scheduling Manager will be responsible for attracting new talent to Aramark, for Everton Stadium's new home at the Hill Dickinson Stadium located on Bramley Moore Dock, Liverpool.
You will take a considered, process driven manner that is market leading in its’ approach. In addition, the role will be to support departmental managers with event day scheduling, placing the team in areas where they will thrive utilising their skills to be successful in the business.
Working alongside the wider Human Resources team you play a key role on event days for accreditation, uniform allocation and ensuring the Aramark brand standards are upheld throughout the stadium, thus promoting Aramark as a leader in stadia hospitality management.
