Job summary

Beautiful Recruitment in Harrogate is seeking an Out-and-Out Sales Hunter to drive aggressive new business growth from our recruitment team. This 100% office-based, high-volume outreach role focuses on cold calling, booking pitching sessions, and presenting solutions via Microsoft Teams to win new business.

You will attend major industry events occasionally, representing the brand and expanding your network while targeting C-suite and HR decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of net-new business generation in B2B or recruitment
• High outbound call volumes; comfortable with cold calling
• Excellent presentation skills for Teams and in-person meetings
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient with CRM tools and social selling

Responsibilities

• New Business Acquisition: identify, map, and target new corporate clients with heavy phone outreach
• Pipeline velocity: run high-impact video pitches with decision-makers
• Closing: negotiate terms and win exclusive business
• Event networking: leverage industry events to generate leads and opportunities
